Simple Stirfry ♥

You need: 

Chicken

Soy Sauce

Sweet Chilli Sauce

Veg (I use half white onion, mushrooms, red pepper and spring onion)

Fry Light

Medium Egg Noodles (I use Aldis)


How to make?

1. Cook Noodles as per pack 3-4mins

2. Brown Chicken

3. Add Veg  and stir until cooked

4. Add Soy Sauce and Sweet Chilli to own taste


5. That’s it- Serve chicken and veg on a bed of noodles!


I love hot food so I always add Franks hot sauce at the end!


Such a simple dish that is made in minutes! It really would give any takeaway a run for it’s money! You can use any veg you have in the fridge. Or swap chicken for beef or prawns! Perfect to use your leftover veg before the weekly shop!
