So I promised a review of all of Octobers Glossybox pieces once I had tried and tested them! It’s been a while but they needed a few days testing especially the star of the show!
So Susan Highlighting Pencil
Talika Photo-Hydra Day
Jelly Pong Pong Play Paint (??)
Lanolips Banana Balm (yay!)
Finally a Nicka K Blending Sponge.
So what did I think?? I use Lanolips already so I was happy to get a top up! It smells so pretty and is perfect to prevent chaping coming into the colder months!
The Nicka K sponge is ok…. Nothing to write home about it does the job! But make sure to dampen it first!
I had never heard of So Susan! It’s a fab highlighter it blends easily and I always love a multifunctional product! Cheeks, Brow Bone etc you can’t go wrong! Put a bit above your cupids bow to make your lips pop!
Next is Jelly Pong Pong Play Paint– your guess is as good as mine!! It’s ultimately a stain- Not a major stain fan but of course I tried it!
Have a look below- Play Paint Stain with lanolips on top! This is essential as stains tend to be drying! Use a Tiney Tiny Amount like a grain of Quinoa small! Not sure I’ll get much use out of this but it’s ok!
Finally the star of the show! (My opinion of course!) I love the Talika cream! It shares a common trait with my favourite Cien cream so I’m guessing that’s why! It’s seriously moisturising and has a soft scent! Its great as a primer too! This of course is the priciest item- Typical!
Overall a good box I was happy!! If you love beauty products and are on a budget you can’t go wrong!! The cream alone was more than the Subscription fee- Total Bargain! And I am super excited to get my Revlon Lipstick Pick in November! As always I’ll keep you updated!
